These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and evadishes, and they govern your access to and use of all content, features, and services offered through the Site.

All text, images, videos, recipes, designs, and other materials (collectively, “Content”) posted on evadishes are owned by evadishes or its licensors, unless otherwise indicated. Except for the limited personal use rights described in Section 2, all Content is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
You may download or print individual recipes for personal, non‑commercial use, provided that you retain all copyright notices and do not alter the original content. If you wish to use any Content for commercial purposes (e.g., republishing a recipe on a commercial blog, printing a cookbook, or creating a product that incorporates our images), you must obtain a written license from evadishes at contact@evadishes.com.
User‑generated content submitted to the Site (including comments, reviews, photos, or suggested recipes) remains the property of the submitting user. By submitting such content, you grant evadishes a worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual, irrevocable, non‑exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the content in any media now known or later developed, solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Site.
You represent and warrant that any user‑generated content you submit does not infringe any third‑party rights, is not defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful, and that you have all necessary rights and permissions to grant the license described above.
The Site and all Content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. evadishes disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume full responsibility for any risks associated with the use of the Site, including the preparation and consumption of food based on the recipes provided.
In no event shall evadishes be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if evadishes has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, evadishes’ total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Content shall not exceed the greater of (i) the amount you have paid to evadishes in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (ii) US $100.00.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and survives any termination of your account or these Terms.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, evadishes’ liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles.
Negotiation. In the event of any dispute, you and evadishes agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting each other at contact@evadishes.com. Both parties shall use reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days of the initial contact.
Arbitration. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, it shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, in New York, New York, United States, unless the parties mutually agree to a different location. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver. You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be limited to the individual party bringing the claim and shall not be a class, collective, or representative action. No arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other proceeding without the prior written consent of evadishes.
Severability. If any provision of this Dispute Resolution section is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. evadishes may assign its rights and obligations at any time without notice.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with any additional policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and evadishes regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written.
Waiver. Failure by evadishes to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
